We founded NHH-UT because we recognized the increasing societal shifts to lifestyles in nature-deficient environments, which has negative impacts on mental health and well-being. Schmalz, DarwinDarwin Lawrence Schmalz, 85, passed away peacefully early Thursday morning at his home in Freedom, WI. The new apartments near Lambeau Field will be available for move-in in November. An office building also is going up at the site.
