The University of Sydney has won a 2023 Green Gown award for work to engage traditional Gamilaroi custodians in recording and assessing the historical value of heritage landscapes. The Heritage Documentation Programs (HDP) consist of the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) and the Historic American Engineering Record, which document and preserve the architectural and engineering heritage of the United States. By recording and cataloging these structures, we can better understand and appreciate the historical significance of our built heritage.
