Heavy rain, strong winds, and lightning from Hurricane Beryl continue to impact the Entergy Texas service area. As of 12 p.m., 4,400+ homes and businesses are out of power in West Seattle, including High Point and Westwood. Updates at 3:58 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. show power restoration progress, with the bulk of the outage now down to 382 customers. Almost 400,000 Texans woke up without power on Monday morning due to Hurricane Beryl.
